Athena Poker Problem

I have a athena poker model 2b020h1111253 it was in its Factory Alias it was showing "Maxtor Athena" in bios but i did not have the appropriate firmware i had 2b020h1111111 so i Loaded the hdd with that loader with only the modules from pc3k isa then i chek the modules 1b , 30 , 32 , AA were bad i rewrite them all and chk again all ok then i cheked the structure module data copy 1 it was not running in the speed the it normally does means it was jerking a little but other structure modules were ok then i put the hdd in normal mode it showed 2b020h1 but it now has alot of slow sectors <50ms> . I also did regenerate tranlslator nothing worked still same position . I dont want to recover data just repair drive what should i do ?

Maybe this drive is already a crap.
Anyway you can try selfscan, or use it for education purposes ;)
