Looks like a damaged service area to me.

Is there any solution to recover the data when SA is damaged?

Yes check the service area for errors then add them to P-List .

If you have PC3000 you should know how to fix it.
Check out the manual, acelab forum etc.

In my case it is not so easy, because regenerating translator didn't work and I can't format SA also. Modules reading is very unstable - sometimes (when hdd is cold) it reads most of the modules and sometimes I can't even read the P-list. Didn't found nothing about this case from WD manual. Fortunately I have a backup of all A-importance modules and other modules from another WD800JB-00ETA0. Any solutions?

check firmware zone please, check copy0 and copy1 about translator models, if them dosent same or damaged then repair them. you can use copy0 repair copy1, or 1 repair 0 if one of them good.

Or use Composite reading .

Too bad.
I wouldn't try to write anything into SA with such unstable heads.
You get ABORT error on regenerating translator because it can't read P-List. You can try to restore it but with such heads there is a chance you screw up and damage something else.

Hi you can try a PCB change with reads getting worse as drive warms up it is sometimes the ST chip on the PCB. You can get similar PCB and re-write with the one from original or change rom chip & try again. Sometimes it is a dodgy pre-amp chip on the armature and this won't help, but this has worked for some drives for me in the past.
