N40p BSY

I have many drives that show busy dont go to readiness position stuck on BSY for i tried leaving it for 30 minutes didnot change postion have any ideas as to what is the problem

no noises just plain motor sound .

Safe mode->loader->check SA.

OK. Does BIOS see drive properly, or as "N40P"?

no i cant read drive id so i cant chk what it say N40P or the normal id .
I also set the hdd in safe it report readiness then i load the ldr then again stuck on BSY position . What to do now ?

Try other PCB
Cut the comunication chanel as last option with combination of LDR loading
What LDR you use, and have you try with other?

maybe the drive hang on readliness.
try this :
safe mode
firmware start
HDD ID reading
choose loader (overlays only) - must match the ROM
If this Ok, hopefully you can access the SA

Changed the PCB same thing no difference then also changed the Loader no effect still stuck on busy and now i will try loading Overlays and how do i repair faulty ROM .
