I can not format my mp3 player!!

March 10th, 2007, 4:11

hi everybody
I copied an app into my mp3player(Creative Muvo TX FM/1GB) and connected it to another computer.when i tried to open it, it gave an error that it can not be opened because of Device I/O Error. and when i tried to upgrade it by its firmware it was successfully upgraded but still wasnt accessible and when i checked Format option to format the device, it gave this error

Unable to send SCSI command
scsi sense code:device reported-drive error,drive not initialized

and ofcourse it wasnt infected to any virus.
one more thing, every time that i format my mp3 player or cool disk after formating its size will be redused about 2MB.is there a way to recover its original size??

any reply would be appreciated
