Unlock IBM DTNA-22110 2.1GB

Hi.
I try 5 days to unlock IBM DTNA-22110 2.1GB i dont have any hw: PC3000 itp.

Security lv: Maximum
Uster Pwd: i don't known (~7 leters but i don't sure)
Master Pwd:i don't known

I try:
- unlock with loot of programs: ATAPWD, MHDD, itp.
- unlock with default IBM master passwords, 32 spaces, itp.
- unlock on PC (2,5 to 3,5) & IBM laptop (380XD,T43)
- run Low-vl format (I known that don't help but i try

Can i do anythink with this hdd ?
Someone have a new idea ?
