ST380211AS not going Ready

Hello Sir

I have a Seagate ST3802110AS ( 80 GB ) hard disk which gives only BSY and DSC error and in terminal it gives.

Interface task reset
1024k x 16 SDRAM

There is no abnormal behaviour in disk. Please advice me how to make it RDY and access data
