SeaGate ST380011A ERROR

Respected Guru

I have a seagate hard disk ST380011A ( 8.01). When i power up the hard disk it tries to initilize the head but can not do but after some time it detects it self. and give error ( here is terminal report)

What is the interface age? Some extra info as answer on . ; % will be nice.

Something does not fit here.
IMHO the PCB is not native.
