seagate st3250823a bad spinning problem

hi. i have this hdd that stoped beeing recognized during a data recovery process. no more read/write or head movements noises.
the drive spins, but i think that there is some problem there, because it is not a clean smoth spinning nois. it is some kind of erratic.
so i checked with COM access.
finally got something from the hyper terminal.

the commands , . and ; throws nothing
someone said that it could be the spindle.
what should i do now?
what otrer test can ai perform to isolate the rpoblem? pcb problem?
please help a newbe!

erratic spin is the first clue, find a compatible PCB and change, likely controller chip is bad

thanks a lot for the advice. im triyng to get a donor. but its getting complicated. ill post results when done
