Data recovery and disk repair questions and discussions related to old-fashioned SATA, SAS, SCSI, IDE, MFM hard drives - any type of storage device that has moving parts

Hi Friends,
I have a Buffalo 1.0TB Terrastation Box that displays " Can't mount array1"
at startup. Raid5 is not broken and appears as "Not formatted".
It seems there is no physical problems with drives (four 250GB HDDS). Array is XFS formatted and I can check the partitions on individual HDDs.
It seems all intact and OK.
My question is: is there any way to rebuild and explore XFS filesystem on raid5 in windows environment? I know all raid parameters as well.
I have tried UFS Explorer, WinHex, Raid reconstructor and R-studio but no help. No file system found and recovered RAW data also is corrupted.
BTW, I have a same working Box in my lab. I have done some comparisons with that one too.
I have moved the disks to working box. This time it says
array is not initialized.
I need to recover data from this Raid5 box.
Any suggestion or help is highly appreciated.

Hi,
I had similar case already 2 times with XFS file system, and in neither of them I could recover data, as there is no tool to rebuild XFS file system.
If you discover the solution please let me know.
