Hi,
Possible ROM corruption...
You can check rom with CHECK_FL
http://www.nazyura.newmail.ru/000006.htm
or simply use ROM from full working drive with the same version of ROM

HDDs RAM reading error Techno CMD...

If Marvell utility can't read RAM You can use previous version of Marvell utility...
or start Marvell utility with connected the same full-efficient drive... then change hdd...

Did you check/clean contacts? Best guess would be PCB first as it worked for a while then went back to alias. If Copy 0 Glist is empty then so should be Copy 1. What about the other modules after EE are they OK or does it show more errors. I have a few WDXXXBB drives here that need new PCB some have read errors in SA but not always at the same place (gets worse the more you scan) I changed PCB on one and it had no SA errors at all with new PCB. The only way the G-list could be a problem is if it was cleared before you got the drive. Maybe try scan surface and try to write any bads into G-list and see if your data comes back. :?:
