Seagate St340014A malfunction

Hi cool gurus in this forum,

I have Seagate ST340014A firmware 3.04, on terminal it gives me this error message.

What does it mean? Head damaged?

exchange head with a good one. It's not necessary a new one. when you exchange head, you should be very careful. don't scratch the platter.
