wd 1200lb 55eda0 differnt head map

salam alekm i have wd 1200lb 55eda0 it read hardly 100gb in wd utility then when i make chek hdd id it reads as 120 gb the head map is head 0,1,5 and when i use kernel mode it gives 0,1,4 i think the last head is bad ? and sure it cant read any thing from service area please help

do a head test from pci that will tell u which heads are bad .
