hi guys...i wonder how successul to exchange faulty head on Western Digital hard drives WD1200JB?

I just had great luck on it. If your using the right donor, matching as u likely know most specifics needed- like the date, you'll do just fine. I know you know what your doing.
You can e-mail me for a few cool techniques that might make it more successful if you like. I have replaced quite a few in the last year.

Make sure everything matches, especially the head map.
