wd800bb 00jhc0 and 00jha0 and fja0 burns much in egypt

here in egypt pcb of wd800bb serial 2060-701292-xxx and 2060-001292-xxx power ic burns toooooooooo much we try to solder new one but most of times it burnes again so i think that all may help by giving advices about this pcb and i will start

some friend from egypt told me before desolder the old burned power ic i must measure some and it must be as i will say:

r45 and c81 must be open road
r120 ,r10 , r33 must short road
tranzistor beside cpu must give 1000 or more on leg and 500 or more on other leg

if any is different i must change it before solder the new one and if r33 dosent give short with the burned ic still solded this mean that cpu may has damaged
