I have Hitachi Travelstar SATA - HTS541060G9SA00 it is not detected in Windows, PC3000 read DRD and DSC ok but upon testing i got this error " HDD id has not been read" error reading drive id.
I checked with acelab PC3000 2.27 only supports :
HTS548020M9AT00 20
HTS548040M9AT00 40
HTS548060M9AT00 60
HTS548080M9AT00 80
Not HTS541 series.....any idea guys? Will hotswap do the trick?

Hotswap can not do. Do you want to recover data or just repair it? If you need data, use DE. Version 2.27 does not support your HTS541xxxx so you must be wait for new version or new complex.
