Hi to all.

Please help recovery file MDF (SQL SERVER).

SIZE FILE IS 6,9 GB

when copying the archive comes this message of error:
error: stream write error

(MHDD)
when sweeping the surface of the record (scan) I found six bad ones
4 (x) = UNC 117,903,809
2 (S) = IDNF 117,440,519 (LBA)

Some tool (software) that it obtains to correct this problem? (file)

I suggest image the drive using DE and use "read with no ECC" on the suspect sectors (after all,some data is better than none!)

Then fix the mdf file with..

you could also try spinrite. It might help but is very slow....
