I am looking at investing in a microscope for data recovery. What I am eying is a stereo zoom microscope with a range of 3.5x-90x. What are your recommendations?
Thanks, Ben

I have a long arm stereo with magnification from 10 to 40 and rarely use anything other than the 10x.

For PCB repair 3x is best 10x lets you see cracks in heads. Just make sure that it has a fixed platform with movable lighting and room for a drive with card to be held under it.
