seagte 200gb sata f/w 3.01 st3200822as

i had hdd of segate.200gb 7200 rpm its clicking after some time its spinnig nd initialize but not detect can somebody help me.someone told me that this is problem of firware curruption but this hdd i ve chnge the pcb to the another one and that hdd works normaly on this pcb so pls tell me actually f/w writes where ?

Most of the f/w is on the platters of the drive itself.

Need specialist tools and software to access and correct this.

No freeware is available to fix this.

PC3000, SalvationData Segate Firmware repairer Pro or similar is required.
