Help! Power Failure, now my HD doesn't work

Any suggestions?
I have an external Seagate ST380020A loaded with all my music files.
Had a brief power failure and now my computer doesn't recognize it.
It doesn't seem to be on. It's not making any sound, no lights...it's just sitting here.
