Hi !
I've got this hdd :
Maxtor DiamondMax 10 200GB SATA150 8MB
SN : L40CQ9GH
TLA : 6L200M004641A
After a crash under windows xp I reboot my PC.
But my hdd was not detected by bios.
I test it with other pc and impossible to detect it.
I test with an usb adaptator and the hdd is detected as a Maxtor 2 To under windows xp.
I change the pcb but the problem is the same.
How I can recover my data.
Thanks for yours answers.
Nico
PS : Scuse for my bad English I'm french

U need to check ATA Registers, if show DRDY DSC u need to send a command to access sectors if show ERR AMNF surely had a SA corruption on firmware modules, then u need special tools wich manage the vendor tracks, and knowledgment about SA zones or send to a data recovery comapany
Best Regards
Alberto
