database and firmware

some days ago i will build one website to share my firmware (more than 20GB) and database (2G) of pc3000pci, but now i found it is so hard to me, i download one freeware phpATM(like here 
), then install it at my large web space(1.2TB), but i didnt succeed 
, so help me if anyone know about it .

Hm.. actually you need something like xampp to host a forum, and configure filezilla to run an ftp so ppl can download from you...
