Seagate 7200.7 report

Hi I get following terminal report for seagate 160 GB 7200.7 Pata hard disk model ST3160023A F/w 3.06
Kindly let me know what these messages means and how i should go ahead with data recovery? Are heads of this hdd are damaged?
