MAxtor PCB

July 18th, 2007, 5:15

Hello,

Does anyone have or know where I could get a PCB for a Maxtor 20Gb Drive?

The drive is a 52049U4 and the info on it is as follows:

HDA = 04A
PCBA = 03P3
Unique = 11P1
Code = DA620CQ0

The PCB number is 31283100

I am finding it impossible to track one down!!

Thanks

PCB from any other 52049U4 should work.

I've got an exact match.

52049U4 04A 03P3 11P1

Sticker on main chip is A3DKP3

Let me disagree with this one.
Since the model 52049U4 is quite spreaded and under this model life together lots of families
like Draco even Draco 100 and maybe and others.
52049U4_040464_A4DKB_FBHB_A5EA_DA620CQ0
52049U4_040631_a4dkb_NAHB_A5B7_DA620TQ0
52049U4_040911_A3DKA_NAMD_9F09_DA6207V0
I have found that the PCBs are incompatible within the above drives as example. The thing that must pay attention is mostly the f/w code.
Starling - no offence at all.
