Hello Every one. i have a Toshiba Hard Disk, whit Rotor Problem. it is posible Fix it? jus for DR.
the rotor its not working, the PCB is working Fine.

Have you tried swapping the board? Have you opened it? Will it spin manually?

Actually i swap the board and the problem stil, i oppened and spin manualy, but when i connect the Drive the motor tray to spin but stops.

You can swap platters & heads to a drive with a good motor & bearing.

Or you could heat the motor with a hot air gun to get the melt the liquid bearings that make the toshiba spindles faile

That technique never worked for me. Heat also causes the lubricant to contaminate the drive chamber. IMHO, motor replacement works best.
