maxtor alt sa ?

hello i have hdd maxtor n40p and calypso i want to repair them not data recovery i read in manual that i can repair using alt sa but i cant get the steps orderd in right way so plz i want the steps of make hdd work using its alt sa or tech video will be so usefull for all beginers like me and thanks for any expert can help

just load appropriate loader and click on restart using alternate SA program 1 or 2 then click utility start .

then what to do after this for fixing the problem of z letter in firmware and no serial ... some one tell me to read modules from main then write it to alt sa but it is not clear to me so plz help and if you have tech video will be great
