A PCB for my Western Digital Hard Disk

I am looking for a PCB for my W.D. H.D. MDL:WD1600JD-22HBC0. Please inform me of its price, or where can I get it. the full marking on the PCB is
2061-701267-200 AL XC 2C63 05P1 B 0001020 6021

It is enough to find pcb:

2060-701267-001 ( this is written on PCB )

from the same or similar hard

and you have to exchange U12 chips..
