Data recovery and disk repair questions and discussions related to old-fashioned SATA, SAS, SCSI, IDE, MFM hard drives - any type of storage device that has moving parts

Hi All,
I'm using MHDD(very nice tool!) to scan a WD3200JB-00KFA0 that recignizes as 19.5GB(supposed to be 320GB). Is there a table of error descriptions for MHDD? I searched the forums but found nothing.
First, I limited the scan from LBA 0 to 1000 and got four errors(69, 69, 325, 581), then I limited it from 0 to 100 and got error 69 consistently.
Here is the log:

Your drive is in safe mode.
It has not read the SA properly.
Either SA corruption, PCB or head failure.
Is it making any knocking noises?

Thanks for the reply pcimage. Yes, it's clicking. I swapped the heads and I think it went pretty well, but I can write to the SA(write errors). Am I screwed? I've heard about rewriting modules to different "spare" tracks. Is this a decent option?
Thanks ahead for any comments.

I meant "can not" write, of course.
