Hitachi/IBM ATDA head swap

I would like to try a head stack swap in a hitachi/ibm ic25n020atda04 drive, but the front label got torn off, so I can't find out what was the mlc and p/n code. I only have labels on the pcb side. That is why I would like to ask you what to look for and what codes should match to find a suitable donor. Please see the enclosed picture. Thanks very much!
