Seagate ST340014A PCB compatibility?

September 5th, 2007, 18:10

What values (Model, P/N, HDA P/N, Configuration, Firmware, Date Code, Site Code) do I have to match in order to switch the PCB from one Seagate ST340014A drive to another?

TIA,
Phil

So in most cases if the config code is different but the model and firmware are the same it should work with Seagate Disks?
