isolated pulses measurement of Seagate drives.

Hi all,

I would like to measure the isolated pulse of Seagate 7200.10; could you please tell me the commands for do that?

here are some commands that I think it should be.

I have diff-probe measured the signal at RDX-RDY point, but cound't see that signal.
