Recover Capacity of WD Hard disk drive?

hi all,

i have 3 HDDs,
Model: WD2500SD
Model: WD2500YS
Model: WD1600AAJS
when i boot it up with my computer, i could not ready
i checked it by pc3000, it can't detect capacity, model and serial number. Pc 3000 always display MB()
the report are:
RAM:
Zone allocation table................... : HDDs RAM reading error Techno CMD sending error Device Error Detected 51/04 (ABR)
ROM:
ROM reading............................. : HDDs ROM reading error Techno key error Drive is not ready
Service area:
SA dir reading.......................... : SA Dir data reading error
Configuration reading................... : Module 02 not found

i want to recover capacity of hdd. would you tell me the solution these problem?
pls help me!

What does it show in ID menu ?

What's your version of PC3000. I believe it doesn't support these drives.

hi Starling,

my version of PC 3000 is 2.27. i thinks hdd fails firmware. So when i check it by PC3000, it didn't display serial number and model, firmware version, capacity, too.

please tell me the ways to recover capacity for hdd!
