Hi All,
I have a WD Hard Disk. When I apply power to the disk the disk makes a beeping sound. No initializing. I have very important data on it.
Any suggestions would be most helpful.

Yep, agree with Doomer.
Stiction is suspected, but you need a clean room to fix this.
If you're in UK, I can help with this.

Did the hard drive suffer a mechanical shock?
Sometimes the heads are parked on the platters and if you know how to carefully move them to their park position the drive may spin up.
