Can't find my files

I removed my slave drive from my system and now i put it back in but i can't see any of the files. The system detects the drive and shows the partition(FAT32) and used space but when I click on the drive there's no files. I've used numbers of data recovery program and try to get my files back with no luck. I tested the drive with HDDscan and there's no bad sectors. Please help, I need my files.
