Archos external hard drive

Hi all some time ago my archos packed up when i clicked on the L drive icon for the archos it just says format now i could not get into it and thoughti had lost all the vids and pics on it, somebody avised me to get badcopy pro which i bought
iit restored a lot of the files however theY were no longer in file sections and i eneded up with thousands of files numbered 00001 - 30923 also the badcopy did not retrive any of the clips i had taken with my phons which is a nightmare as i have my boy taken his first steps on it, so my question is is there a recovery programme outthere that will recover the files in there origanal sections and also recover my mobile phone clips

Lastly i just bought BounceBack Pro 7.1.6 Download but as always lastnight my ex gave me a seagate 750 pro hard drive will this be compaible with the above bounce back or will i have to get the bounceback seagate version

the files you want to recover are *.jpg? Try O&O Software, in the RAW-Modus it make a good Job.

Thankyou WalRos be nice if it works, seems strange that the mobile clips are also on the harddrive wont recover but all the others will.
