Hi everyone,
I need to know the file signature in hex for a txt document.
Can someone help me with this??

Unfortunately, there is none. Txt is a raw format. If your txt file has only HELLO THERE, then the file will be 11 bytes long. There is no standard header. If you were trying to recover the above example you could convert HELLO to hex, and there's your header.
