Hi Guys
I have a Seagate ST380011A always "BSY", on terminal the error as follows:
Anyone come across how to fix this? thank you in advance, data is needed.

I have that exact same hd with the same terminal message. Sometimes it spits out an endless Head Mask. I not 100% sure but I figure it has bad heads. Were you able to repair it?

One head may be dirty or damaged.
