January 24th, 2008, 7:12

My Hard Disk Drive Seagate ST3500630AS bought on October 2007 is showing some problems
It produces clicking sound
It extremely overheats
Please send a solution to my problem at write2pradipta@gmail as I almost spent a fortune on it.

Return it to Seagate under warranty.

I actually have approximately 200GB of important data on the drive and cannot actually find a supplement. I want to ask is clicking sounds normal on I/O operations?
