Hi to all!
Hdd already arrived pra me damaged with previous attempts to remove platter, will not use correct tool damaging the screw.
I have that to remove platter as I make to create a traction in the screw to loosen it?

You can get screw extractors at a a hardware store. They look like tapered screws with reverse threads. You may have to drill a hole into the screw. Also, there is new product on the market called ScrewGrab thay may help. (
