BAD harddisk: how to fix?

I have Samsung 80gb. Using partition magic, i find it in white bordered line and wrotten as BAD in capital. Anyone knows what is it and how to fix it? I think it's mbr is bad, but i have no idea in it.

try to scan the hdd using MHDD.
