Is there any software to look like, HDD regeneration?

I have a pic about HDD, that is damage, iam using hard disk low level format, I can see a error. I can´t fix this problem,¿What can I do?.

not much else you can do i dont think

are you trying to recover data of this drive or just trying to fix it

the other option would to be use clipping fuction
but that only on hardware machines not software
