Need Help for Samsung

Hello fellows

I have a Samsung Hard disk SV2002H

Knocks when we power up , 6 time knocking and then power spins down.
When I do Soft reset. BSY and DRD indicate up. Changed PCB no success

Here is terminal for hard disk.
U H: +00000
H: +00001
H: +00002
H: +00003

One thing I notice. it has Physically 2 head but in Terminal it shows 4.

Need data Can some one help me out. Also need Burn code for this model.

Hi,

are the surfaces OK?
Maybe preamp died?
compare preamp terminals to a good one using multimeter, diode checking mode!
