Samsung platter swap possible

I have a Samsung SP2514N 250 GB drive with a locked spindle. Does any one have ideas on how to swap the platters with the noise dampening plate that is mounted in between the platters?

Why did need to did a platter swap until now in all the cases on Samsung i didnt found a FDB problem on the most Samsung Families??

FDB Means Fluid Dynamic Bearing, the core of a spindle on the most HDD¨s
