I scanned it using mhdd and it is always BUSY.

when the hard drive spins up can you hear it
does it spin down or just keeps going
this sounds you got a faulty pcb board
might be open circuit on the power ic

yes pepe it is not even get out of BUSY after powering up.
it doesn't complete the Recalibration sound.
I tried to change the PCB craig but nothing is happened.

how much did u wait? Drive might need some minutes to pass badsectors in the SA... after that it should get ready.

I think it is SA problem
when i tried to press F2 to identify the hdd it is ( drive not ready NO DRSCE or DRDY )

Did u got IDNF or AMNF, ata register control errors? while tried to read any sector

When you swapped the PCB, did you try the donor PCB with & without the ROM?
A continuous BSY signal is a symptom of a corrupted ROM (among other things).

BUSY means drive started the task and that task remains unfinished. bad micro code in SA, and your drive is trying to load with it. got PC3000?
