Flash Samsung PALO

In case the flash has been seriously corrupted and/or totally wrong code in, anyone has succeeded in getting RDY or flashing again via IDE instead of desoldering, programming externally and resoldering ? Emg. mode doesn't work neither attempt to wakeup the drive, and the problem is just the ROM.
I think something is inside the Syscon chip (MCU) because it would be expensive to program roms externally and then solder...
