Wanted: Language translators - English to others

April 10th, 2008, 15:41

With the launch of my platter extraction kit getting close, I need some people to help with the translation of the user guide / instruction manual.

I'm looking for people who speak, read and write fluent English, as well as one of the following:

Spanish
French
Dutch
Italian
Portuguese
German
Irish
Any other EU language (eastern Europe) not mentioned above

It is imperative that your translation is grammatically PERFECT - so no "wannabees" please.

Contact me at info@retrodata.co.uk and make sure TRANSLATE is in the subject heading. There will be about 10 A4 pages to translate.

Many thanks

Duncan
(Only joking about the Irish....)

Hi Duncan,

First, Congratulations on your upcoming launch of your new tool!

Second, Most people can say two languages, the mother tongue and another foreign language.

So it's too hard to find an perfect translator of 6 languages otherwise you have to hire 6 translators. :D

Well, How about try some translate company? Use the money which you wuold pay for 6 translators.

We will wait for your new bomb and I hope you to achieve great success.

Best Regards,

Laura Lee

Laura, I think Duncan is asking on this forum because he's looking for people with language translation skills and an understanding of data recovery, You can't find that in a typical translators office!

@ Duncan, I did my degree in Spanish & Russian. My Russian is 'govnoe' but my Spanish is 'de puta madre' so if you would like me to proof read any English to Spanish translation just let me know.

If you ask something, and someone reply, it should be normal said at least "thanks for your reply"...
