SCSI Help

April 18th, 2008, 14:50

Looking for tips/advice/support on a couple of SCSI drives with firmware issues.

I got a couple of Fujitsu SCSIs about 6 years old that need to regen their xlators. (MAN3367MC)

I also have a modern Seagate Cheetah that has the traditional firmware issue but the CDBs we used to fix older models aren't working. Basically looking for someone with the more modern command-set. (ST373405LC)

Please PM with any potential help, willing to trade favors or other forms of trade.

Are this drives branded for IBM or HP(Compaq)?
If so I can help you. :D

I'm not certain what you mean by "traditonal firmware issue" and SCSI commands("CDB") are universal except some manufacturer and vendor unique. Anyhow since you mentioned firmware more than once I'll just PM you something possibly helpful.
