HELP ME....

I've SAMSUNG HDD SV4002H/DOM 40GB

Its can spin, pcb Ok, no knocking sound.BUT WHEN I CONNECTED MY CPU "HANG" not responding in BIOS

Any One who can sovle my problems :cry: :cry:
