Only trying to make a head map but i dont sure if ace products support this hdd, and if u dont get sectors from one platter the most common is u info will be cutted and not completed if u need office infomation, could be if has loock getting sectors , by Raw recovery could works for office ,jpeg, zip, but a DBF, or another file like SQL for example would be cutted and no works the another problem its surely the head left black dust over that platter maybe another´s platters are contaminated too , that´s very common on seagate

and very worst!
Best Regards

Hi,
if there are surface damages on side 5, the best u can do is to lift up H5 so that it would not touch the surface and spread more dust in the drive. Also it is neccessary to clean the inner parts if there's dust inside from the damaged surface.
Also U can clone the drive leaving out areas of H5.

if you need data. u need to change its head. HM mean Head damaged.
If you cut head. You will never get your data back.
