WD1200BEVS 2.5" SATA

Hi,
I have to recover an WD1200U017 - USB Disk.
The unit power up and again and again.
So, disk out of the black box and connect directly to computer SATA.
The computer don't detect, nor start in BIOS, trying to detect the disk - WD1200 BEVS.

U need to open it and check on clean room, the hdd was dropped?

Hi,
I don't know, need to ask the client. This kind of disk (Usb, portable, black, ...WD) usually in a few months get damage. I think is the protection against shocks.
