what is the Maxtor's master password or HOW TO REMOVE ATA PS

Hi to everyone,
I have this problem and I don't know how to deal with it.
I have a MAXTOR DIAMOND 9 PLUS 6Y200P0 which is locked with ATA Password (user, set to maximum, unknown).
The master password is unchanged (revision code is FFFEh).
Now I want to unlock this drive and LLF it all.
there are no commands that drive responds positively - everything is "Fail" (MHDD) or "rejected by HDD" (Hdat2)
the thing is - using ERASE PREPARE, SECURITY ERASE - is asking for a master password which I don't know (it must be a factory set).
I've tried:
Maxtor
Maxtor Security
Maxtor INIT SECURITY TEST STEP (+1, +2 SPACES, +F)
and nothing. Im so frustrated with this, no recovery service wants to do that except for 2 times the value of the drive (even more in some cases)
if anyone know how to solve this problem please please help me!!!

I think you can try OUR HD Doctor for Maxtor. But if you need free solution to fix one Maxtor, I don't suggest you to purchase our commercial and engineer tool.
